ТO THE 300TH ANNIVERSARY OF MIKHAIL LOMONOSOV'S BIRTH Organizing committee of the 9th International Conference "Public Administration in the XXI century: traditions and innovations" has decided to change the terms of publishing the Conference Proceedings. The 2011 Proceedings of all papers, selected for publication, will be published after the conference.
Dear colleagues, We cordially invite you to take part in the 9th Annual International Conference «Public Administration in the XXI century: traditions and innovations» organized by the School of Public Administration, Lomonosov Moscow State UniversityDates: May 25–27, 2011 Working languages – Russian, English. PUBLICATION OF MATERIALS There will be two parts of the Proceedings: 1. The first part will include all main papers and it will be published BEFORE the conference. The papers will be selected by the Editorial Board. Note: If the author of a paper does not come to the conference, the paper will not be published in the Proceedings. REGISTRATION The participants who wish to take part in the conference, present a paper and have it published in the first part of the Proceedings should send an application and a paper by 28 February 2011. The participants from other countries if they need a visa should also apply by 28 February 2011. The participants who want to take part in the conference without presenting a paper, and those who will give a paper and want it to be published in the second part of the Proceedings should send their applications in the first case and both applications and papers in the second case by 1 April 2011. You should register on-line, get the confirmation letter that your data have been added to the Registration Database; otherwise your paper is not included into the Programme.
